We’ve spent more than 17 years helping families and individuals find housing. Senior Locating brings that hands-on experience to senior living across Southern California. Some of our own family and friends are now in senior care, so this work is personal to us. We want to be a resource you can trust, whether you’re just beginning to think about it or already facing a move.
How we work with you
Every search begins with a conversation about your loved one’s care needs, your preferred location, your budget, their daily routine, and what matters most to them. From there, we narrow the field to a curated shortlist instead of a long list of communities. We can help you arrange tours, decide which questions to ask, and compare options side by side.
We guide families through:
- Independent living
- Assisted living
- Memory care
- Residential care homes
- In-home care
Throughout the process, you stay in control. We offer perspective and support, and the final decision is always yours.
How we’re paid
Our guidance is 100% free for families. Participating senior living communities may pay Senior Locating a referral fee when a family moves in. Not every community participates, and we explain this arrangement at the start of every conversation so you can weigh it for yourself.
